TURMOTEMP II/400 KL 0 is a special grease based on perfluorinated polyether oils. These oils are completely saturized and are showing optimum oxidation and thermal stability.

Application

Long term lubricated highly loaded gears, chains, wire ropes and other high tech applications, if operating temperatures and chemical or physical conditions exclude the use of conventional lubricants.

Prior to the initial lubrication with TURMOTEMP II/400 KL 0 it is mandatory to clean surfaces thoroughly with a special detergent such as TURMOTEMPOIL 480, acetone, isopropyl-alcohol or similar products. Optimum lubricating properties can only be fully achieved on clean, greaseless and dry material surfaces.
