TURMOTEMP II/400 CL 00 is a gear lubricant based on perfluorinated polyethers. These oils are completely saturized and are showing optimum oxidation and thermal stability.

TURMOTEMP II/400 CL 00 meets the requirements for an H1 registration as lubricant for which an incidental contact with food technically cannot be avoided.

For applications in the medical sector TURMOTEMP II/400 CL 00 has been tested, concerning the biocompatibility, according the following standards: ISO 10993-3, ISO 10993-5, ISO 10993-6 and ISO 10993-10

Application

TURMOTEMP II-400 CL 00 offers a wide range of applications in the medical sector, as well as in the nuclear technology and the vacuum technology.

Before application of TURMOTEMP II/400 CL 00 clean surfaces thoroughly with special detergents as TURMOTEMPOIL 480, acetone, isopropyl-alcohol or similar products. The lubricating properties will be only achieved on clean and dry materials.
