Lubcon Grizzlygrease No. 1 - Dispersion

GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 - Dispersions

A new Generation of Greases for Gearwheel Drives

GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion is a lubricant for gearwheel drives which due to a complete new technology marks the end of an era for toothed gear lubricants based on bitumen or asphalt.

GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion is based on lithium/calcium complex with high pressure additives, which are combined with the soap structure, therefore an optimum adhesiveness to the metal surface is possible.

GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion is resistant to heat, possesses high anticorrosion capacities and contains no solid lubricants.

Operative Ranges

GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion had been developed as a special grease for high loaded gearwheel drives such as ore mills. Due to the high temperature properties GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion can be used for a wide range of applications, where high temperatures and high loads exist. In contrast to lubricants for toothed gears based on asphalt GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 Dispersion can be recommended for ball bearings and roller bearings as well as for slide bearings/bushes and open gears.

For a better application a dispersion of GRIZZLYGREASE No. 1 diluted in solvent is available. Solvents and concentration depend on the application and can be determined in accordance with our local technicians.
