PRODUCT 438 it is a product consisting of paraffinic oils, mineral additives with special high refining solid lubricants and suitable thickeners. The nature and the balance of the constituents allows to obtain, with extremely limited quantities, an energetic detaching action on surfaces on contact with molten metals.

Application

PRODUCT 438 is mainly used on molds for pressure casting of aluminum and ZAMA, especially in making castings of aluminum with high purity. The lubricant - releasing agent film is particularly tenacious and resistant to high temperatures, not generate excessive formation of fumes and allows greatly reducing the need for re-lubrication. It is applied in small quantities in particularly difficult areas of the molds and for the occasional lubrication of ejectors, males, dowels furniture, etc.

Way of application

PRODUCT 438 is applied manually with brushes. The product is ready to use and does not require any dilution; it is suggested to apply the product on surfaces and still warm organs
