Description

Castrol Iloform™ PN 400 (previously called Castrol Product D 503) is a low viscosity, chlorine and heavy metal free, vanising stamping fluid. It is a blend of high lubricity boundary lubrication and wetting additives wetting agents, in low odour isoparaffinic hydrocarbon.

Application

Iloform PN 400 is specially formulated for use in light duty metal stamping operations on magnetic sheet with high silicon content.
It is also well suitable for stamping low collar height (up to 2.1mm) aluminium fins in the refrigeration industry and shows excellent compatibility with the industries special requirements.
