Description

Castrol Iloform™ MS 42 is a low viscosity, chlorine free vanishing metal forming fluid. It is a blend of high lubricity boundary lubrication additives in selected low odour isoparaffin hydrocarbons, giving a balanced evaporation rate.

Application

Iloform MS 42 is specially formulated for use in light duty sheet metal stamping operations where very low residues are required, in most cases eliminating the need for inter process cleaning. It is especially recommended for use in electrical steel stamping applications. Iloform MS 42 is suitable for use on magnetic sheet steel with high silicon content as well as zinc coated steels.
